RAUDHAH CITY employs S4i development methodology as our unique approach to all our real estate development projects.

CPTED or Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design is our preferred methodology when implementing Safe City features. CPTED however focus on physical aspects of a Safe City.

In the fast moving industrial revolution 4.0, it is also important to safeguard and protect of family members not only from physical harm but also from digital dangers.

Raudhah NET becomes our main tool to monitor digital and network activities within Raudhah City.

At Raudhah City – we believe to be a good muslim is to efficiently use our god-given resources.   There is usually abundant of supply of resources, but distribution of resources is where we as humans has faltered time and again.

Low carbon development starts from the design process.  Raudhah City adopts Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a tool to minimize our design iterations and to maximize our building design optimal efficiency.

Our sustainability scope starts with energy, water and air quality efficiencies.

And we also look at waste to wealth creation – for example recycling use cooking oil into biodiesel for our building back up generators. The circular economy is an important aspect for us to shape and build the mindset of our next generation of world leaders.

Another key sustainable element is urban food farming concept.   In every development project, we incorporate an urban farm that educates residents on eating organic food crops and fruits produced within 30 km radius.

We must instill the love for the planet, and pass it with the greatest care for our children and grandchildren.

In the 1980s, the only technology in a building is the elevator.   In a city – perhaps it was the timer at each traffic lights.

Fast forward to present day,  the lines between a real estate developer selling technology solutions or a technology solutions provider selling a building has become very clear.

Moving to the near future,  every building in the city must be smart & connected in order to optimize its revenue potential and cost efficiencies.  The basic infrastructure will be neutral fiber network that belongs to the building developer. It allows broadband, content and service providers equal access to every unit in the building or housing area.

If every developer adopt this strategy, it will end the existing unhealthy monopoly of fiber networks by telecommunication providers.  The shift of power will transfer to the consumers, who will now be able to choose the best provider for broadband, content and services.

Raudhah City will provide free consultation to any city and building developers who is exploring this strategy but needs insight to ensure successful implementation.
